Buy and download
- Choose an available product and review its contents, licence and CAD price.
- Stripe shows the final total before you pay. Purchases are one-time; no paid membership is required.
- Return to ASK SHAI. Payment must be confirmed before a download is available.
- Save the private purchase-access file and your Stripe receipt. Treat the access file like a key: anyone with it can access the purchase.
- Download the ZIP, extract it, then read its instructions. PDF products need a PDF reader. Interactive HTML products open in a current browser.
Payment pending?
Use “Check payment again.” Bank or asynchronous payments can take time. Do not purchase again to resolve a delayed download.
Returning later?
Open purchase recovery and select your saved private access JSON file. Your local Mission Cart and Ownership Passport are self-reported planning records; they do not unlock paid files.
Mobile or offline?
Extract the ZIP using your device’s file application. Some file-preview apps do not execute HTML. Open it in a supported browser, or use the included PDF where available. Download while connected; the delivered workbook can then be used offline.

Use the contact form with Toolkit access or Technical support. Include the product name and a brief description. Never send a card number, password, bank record or private access token.

Each product page describes the current licence. Institutional or classroom redistribution may require separate written terms. Review the existing purchase and refund policy. Ask about a file-access problem or accessibility need before repurchasing.
Personal SHAI new purchases remain paused. Existing authorized purchase access is preserved.
