Information involved in a purchase

When you open a Stripe-hosted checkout, Stripe handles payment details and may collect billing and contact information needed to process the transaction. Shop SHAI uses payment status, product ID, amount and currency, Stripe transaction and event references, and protected purchase-access information to verify payment and make the correct download available. We do not ask buyers to enter full payment-card numbers into Shop SHAI's own forms.

Shop SHAI's server checks signed Stripe events before granting private file access. Purchase records and protected downloads are stored using Supabase. The storefront is hosted using Render. These providers process information needed to operate their respective services under their own privacy and security terms.

Browser and download-access information

Optional Shop SHAI mission plans and local progress records are saved in your browser's local storage, where you can clear them. Purchase-return information may be held temporarily in your browser session. A downloaded purchase-access file can grant access to that order; keep it private and do not share it. Private download access uses time-limited authorization.

Website hosting and payment providers may process connection and device information needed to deliver the site, operate their systems, help prevent fraud, and comply with law. Browser and payment-provider technologies can include cookies or similar storage; see the providers' own notices for their practices.

Contact, purposes and retention

If you contact Sacred Homes through the site's contact form, it requests an email address, inquiry category, message and consent confirmation. Do not submit passwords, SINs, Status Card numbers, health records, banking credentials, or other sensitive documents.

Data is used to process purchases, validate entitlements, provide access and customer support, resolve refunds and disputes, maintain records and comply with legal obligations. Record retention varies according to operational, tax, dispute-resolution and legal needs. Public contact inquiries are targeted for deletion after 90 days unless needed for an active response, as stated in the main site's privacy information. We do not promise deletion of legally required financial records upon request.

External providers and links

Stripe processes hosted checkout and payment data; Supabase supplies private order and download infrastructure; Render delivers storefront pages. Links to third-party resources take you to sites governed by their own policies. No affiliate, advertising or platform-agent data-sharing arrangement is created merely by publishing a public product catalog.

Your questions and choices

You can clear optional browser-stored records, avoid using optional tools, and contact Sacred Homes about an order, a privacy question, or requests to access or correct information. Requests are assessed under applicable law and legitimate retention obligations. Never send complete card information or passwords.

We may update this notice when data processing changes. The effective date above identifies this edition. Privacy practices for third-party services are governed by their respective notices.
