Purchase & Refund Policy

Plain-language summary: Paid SHAI products are low-cost digital educational/navigation toolkits. The checkout page shows the final charge before payment. We do not sell access to public SHAI or the Digital Library; those remain free.

Products and prices

Current launch products are the SHAI Quick Start Toolkit (CAD $5), SHAI Action Pack (CAD $12), and SHAI Builder Pack (CAD $25). Prices may change prospectively; a completed purchase is governed by the price displayed at checkout.

Payment

When checkout is enabled, payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Sacred Homes does not ask customers to send card numbers through the public contact form. Any applicable taxes or processor-supported payment methods are shown at checkout when configured.

Digital delivery

The product is a digital educational resource. Delivery instructions are provided through the checkout completion flow and/or the email address used at checkout. Keep the receipt and delivery link for your records. Download links may be disabled or replaced if they are abused or redistributed at scale.

Refunds and problems

Sacred Homes will correct duplicate charges and will refund a purchase that Sacred Homes cannot deliver. For another refund request, contact Sacred Homes promptly with the receipt and reason. Requests are assessed fairly based on delivery status, product access, the circumstances of the purchase, payment-processor rules, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.

What the toolkits do not promise

Toolkits support planning and navigation. They do not guarantee employment, funding, licensing, admission, housing, business revenue, legal outcomes, financial results, repair outcomes, medical outcomes, or acceptance by a third party.

Customer responsibilities

Use current official sources for consequential requirements. Do not place passwords, banking credentials, SINs, health records, government logins, Status Card numbers, criminal-record documents, or other sensitive records into public SHAI or the public contact form.

Support

Use the Sacred Homes contact form and choose Toolkit access. Include the email used at checkout and enough information to identify the purchase; do not send full card data.

Changes

This policy may be updated for future purchases. Material terms for a completed transaction are not retroactively changed by a later website update.
